Shipping time

For shipments within Estonia, the ordered products are normally delivered in 1-3 working days. International deliveries are normally completed within 1-2 weeks. In some cases the delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, depending on the country, transport company and customs procedures. When ordering a custom-made shirt, 1-2 weeks is added to the delivery time. Please take into consideration that shipping may take longer during public holidays.

If you wish to collect the order yourself, choose "Local pickup" in the checkout menu. You can collect the order from Gowri Style House (Rüütli 28, Tallinn, Estonia).

Returns & exchanges

If your Gowri Style House purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used or washed and there are no signs of damages or using.

In order to return or exchange a product, please send or bring the product to Man's World OÜ, Rüütli 28, 10130 Tallinn, Estonia and notify us via e-mail: stylehouse@gowri.eu. If you received the package by an Omniva parcel machine, you can use the return code within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel.

We will refund the sums paid for the items as soon as possible but not later than within 14 days since we have accepted the return.
