Shipping time & methods

For shipments within the Baltic countries, the ordered products are usually delivered in 1-3 working days. For international deliveries, the goods are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks. In some cases the delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, depending on the country, transport company and customs procedures. (Please take into consideration that shipping may take longer during public holidays.)

In the case of custom-made shirts, 1-2 weeks is added to the delivery time.

In the Baltic countries we use Omniva parcel terminals. Deliveries to the rest of the world are done using standard shipping.

If you wish to collect the order yourself, choose “Local pickup” in the checkout menu. You can collect the order from Gowri Style House (Estonia, Tallinn, Rüütli 28).

Returns & exchanges

If your Gowri Style House purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used or washed and there are no signs of damages or using.

In order to return or exchange a product, please send or bring the product to Man’s World OÜ, Rüütli 28, 10130 Tallinn, Estonia and notify us via e-mail: [email protected]. If you received the package by an Omniva parcel machine, you can use the return code within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel.

We will refund the sums paid for the items as soon as possible but not later than within 14 days since we have accepted the return. The delivery costs of returning are covered by the customer.

If exchanging an item for a more expensive item, the customer has to pay the price difference. If exchanging an item for a cheaper item, we unfortunately cannot refund the price difference. Exchanging an item is only possible once per item.

Wrong or defected items

Should you find that the product delivered by us is not the originally ordered item or it is defective, please return it immediately and notify us via e-mail: [email protected]. In the case of having sent a product of insufficient quality or an incorrect product, we will refund you the value of the product as well as the delivery costs as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days.
