Shirt Size Guide

1. Neck

Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around and take the measurement with your index finger underneath the tape. This will ensure your collar is a comfortable fit, and not too tight.

2. Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of the chest. The tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

3. Waist

Run the tape around the fullest part of the belly. This is usually around the level of the belly button. The measuring tape should be snug on the skin, but not squeezing in.

4. Sleeve length

Measure from the top of the shoulder to the point where you want your cuff to sit. Always bend the elbow slightly when measuring to account for natural movement of the arm. If you find that your sleeve length falls between two of our sizes, choose the longer of the two.
